Can I exchange my order ?

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase!

Conditions of Exchange:

1. We cannot accept any exchanges after 30 days from the original purchase date.

2. Any incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled items will not be exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if we determine the item is not in "new" condition - including packaging.  Tags must still be attached.

3. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Please note that we do not have an exchange option for international customers.

Can I return my order for a refund?

Yes!

If for some reason you need to return any AquaDash product within the US, we will refund your item excluding the shipping provided the following conditions are met:

Return/Exchange Process:

1. Please email us at sales@aquadash.com.au to receive a Return Authorization Number. You will need to advise your order number and if requesting an exchange, please include the size and colour that you would like to receive as your exchange.

2. The Return Authorization Number MUST be included with the item being returned.

3. Orders sent back to us that do NOT include an approved Return Authorization Number will be disposed of – we will not issue return credit or refund.

4. Please allow 21 days for returns and exchanges to be processed

5.The cost of delivery for return is not covered by AquaDash
