Refund policy
Can I return my order for a refund?
Yes!
If for some reason you need to return any AquaDash product within the US, we will refund your item excluding the repack fee and any shipping costs provided the following conditions are met:
Conditions of Returns:
1. Returns must be made within 30 days from date of original purchase date. If this time has lapsed, unfortunately we are not able to offer a refund.
2. Any incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled items will not be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse any return if we determine the item is not in "new" condition. The item must also be in the original packaging.
3. Sale items cannot be returned for refund.
4. Please note that we do not have an return option for international customers.
Return/Exchange Process:
1. Please email us at sales@aquadash.com.au to receive a Return Authorization Number. You will need to advise your order number and if requesting an exchange, please include the size and colour that you would like to receive as your exchange.
2. The Return Authorization Number MUST be included with the item being returned.
3. Orders sent back to us that do NOT include an approved Return Authorization Number will be disposed of – we will not issue return credit or refund.
4.The cost of delivery for return is not covered by AquaDash. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
6. Please allow 21 days for returns and exchanges to be processed.
7. A $7.90 repack fee applies to all returned items being refunded. This fee covers warehouse handling and will be automatically deducted from your refund.
Please note: this fee does not apply to exchanges.
8. If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
